NONNI’S HOUSE An incredible Journey Nonni’s House is one of Akureyri’s landmarks and is the childhood home of the writer and Jesuit priest Jon Sveinsson, Nonni (1857-1944). Built-in 1850 it is among the town’s oldest buildings, preserved as a typical 19th-century townhome and an exhibition about Nonni.
