Tryggvi Olafsson Art collection Tryggvi Olafsson is born in 1940 at Nordfjordur in Fjardabyggd.
He studied at The Icelandic College of Art and Crafts 1960–61 and at the Royal Art Academy in Copenhagen from 1961–66. Tryggvi is one of Iceland’s best known contemporary artists.
