This strikingly unique landscape has been chosen as a filming location for multiple TV series and Hollywood films. We explore the volcanic pebble beach and learn a little about the fascinating history of the region from our expert guide. Some of the more impressive sights include the odd rock face of columnar basalt, looming cliffs, hidden caves and the magnificent Reynisdrangar basalt sea stacks that rise from the ocean at the foot of Reynisfjall mountain.
