Photographers Jonina Oskarsdottir and Johanna Kr. Hauksdottir from Faskruðsfjordur have put together a beautiful exhibition of their work photographing the aurora borealis.
Since their childhood in the village, these talented amateur photographers have been inspired by the aurora dancing above the mountains and over the fjords of their region.
Titled 'A Dance with the Mountain' the exhibition, in the historic Wathe House on the quayside, is part of a wider project incorporating education, northern lights tours and nature tours.
