Stokkseyri Village - A Lobster Restaurant and Folklore Museums
Stokkseyri is a coastal village known for its restaurant Fjorubordid that serves delicious Icelandic lobster. Enjoy it in a soup or better still, served in a cauldron cooked in herb butter with lemon – it's absolutely mouth-watering.
Next, to the restaurant, you’ll find Draugasetrid, the Ghost Museum where Icelandic ghost stories are told in a fairly explicit manner.
Downstairs in the same building, the Icelandic Wonders exhibition is more suited to children and focuses on Elves and Trolls. There is also an informative film about the northern lights.
